We’re Finalists at the North East HR&D Awards!
We’re thrilled to announce that the ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø Foundation are finalists at the !
Returning for its 18th year, these awards will shine a spotlight on the stars of the region’s HR and learning and development community next month.
We’ve been shortlisted for the Excellence in Rewards & Benefits category, celebrating our commitment to becoming a Real Living Wage employer, introducing a Welfare Loan and Grant policy, and celebrating our staff through the creation of the Loyalty Awards and Staff Awards.
Judges Elouise Leonard-Cross and Sarah Carnegie, joint chairs of the North East Work and Talent advisory board, said:
“The standard of entries was incredibly high, and we were really pleased to see a wider range of businesses and organisations from across the region showcasing their brilliant work.
“The North East is full of opportunity, and these awards reflect the outstanding efforts of those making a difference to people’s working lives.”
